By using MalegacyShop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally allowed to make online purchases in your country to use MalegacyShop.
3. Products and Services
MalegacyShop offers PUBG Mobile accounts, UC top-ups, Royale Pass, premium skins, rare & mythic accounts, gaming gift cards, and account boosting services. All listings are verified before going live.
4. Payments
We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Wise (international), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer (Pakistan), and Binance Pay / USDT (crypto). All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. MalegacyShop does not store your payment details.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Estimated times: UC Top-ups within 1–24 hrs, PUBG Accounts within 24–48 hrs, Gift Cards within 24 hrs. Delays caused by incorrect buyer information are not our responsibility.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available if a product is not delivered or does not match its description. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, redeemed codes, or accounts banned due to buyer actions. Submit refund requests within 48 hours via support ticket, live chat, or malegacyshop@gmail.com
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use MalegacyShop for fraud, account manipulation, fake reviews, multi-account abuse, or any activity that violates PUBG Mobile’s or Krafton’s terms of service. Violations may result in a permanent ban.
8. Intellectual Property
All MalegacyShop branding and content is our property. PUBG Mobile and related trademarks belong to Krafton, Inc. We are an independent marketplace not affiliated with Krafton.
9. Limitation of Liability
MalegacyShop is not liable for in-game bans, indirect losses, or third-party payment failures. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
